Made from Viura and Tempranillo grapes.
The grapes have been subject to a cold maceration process lasting for several hours in order to obtain a must with the desired colour, aroma and structure. The must has been subject to bleeding for subsequent debourbage.
The clean must and slow, smooth fermentation at a low temperature create a perfumed and persistent wine.
Pale yellow with green reflections. Its nose surprises with the intensity of its seasonal fruits, evoking apple, pear, a touch of banana and refreshing citrus notes.
Also striking are its white flowers, the sweet and mellow aromas fitting perfectly with the smooth crianza. Refreshing, perfumed and engaging on the palate.
Long-lasting.
Perfect in aperitifs.
It also triumphs in classic pairings such as grilled white fish and seafood, also going well with vegetable-based dishes, fish in sauce and white meat.
